We've put together a comprehensive comparison of our 3D printers, so you can find the one that's right for your needs.

It offers a build volume of 1200 × 1050 × 1050 mm. Large parts (machine housings, tooling fixtures, large models) can be printed in one piece, or batches of small parts can be nested and printed in a single run, making full use of the extra-large build space as a replacement for traditional CNC machining and injection molding, significantly shortening lead times.
Built on a maglev linear motor direct-drive platform with Klipper high-speed firmware, the D1200 Ultra reaches a maximum printing speed of 1100mm/s and an acceleration of 10000mm/s². Daily output is approx. 1-2 kg with a 0.4mm nozzle and up to 2-5 kg with a 0.8mm nozzle (estimated at 24 hours of continuous printing; actual results depend on model geometry and infill).
The printing accuracy is ±0.05mm (over 100mm of travel). The D1200 Ultra's maglev linear motor system and independent quad-Z axis design, together with HD camera AI alignment and dual photoelectric sensor Z-offset technology, ensure batch consistency (up to 99%) and dimensional stability, so printed parts can be assembled directly without extensive post-processing.
A wide range of industrial materials — PLA-CF, ABS, PETG, ASA, PC, PET-CF, PA-CF (UltraPA-CF) and PPS-CF (8 of which are featured on this page) — runs reliably on the D1200 Ultra, and compatibility extends far beyond that, from general-purpose to carbon/glass fiber reinforced engineering materials. Nozzle diameters of 0.3/0.5/0.6/0.8/1.0mm are available to match different materials and printing needs.
The independent dual extruder (IDEX) system is one of the D1200 Ultra's key strengths, supporting three modes: single-extruder printing (full build volume), dual-extruder support mode (support and body materials printed separately) and mirror duplication mode (both extruders print symmetrical parts simultaneously, doubling throughput).
Reliability features including filament run-out detection, three-layer chamber insulation, eddy-current auto leveling, automatic material feeding and remote camera monitoring allow the D1200 Ultra to run 24/7. Combined with the Schneider electrical protection system, door-opening detection with safety lock and an emergency stop button, both equipment and operators are protected.
The Creatlabs print cluster management system handles it: it collects nozzle/bed/chamber temperatures and printing parameters in real time, provides remote monitoring via the built-in camera, automatically records print history and filament consumption for production traceability, sends real-time anomaly alerts and supports remote maintenance — ideal for factories running multi-machine batch production.
The D1200 Ultra serves end manufacturers in automotive, robotics, home appliances, medical devices, aerospace, high-end equipment, electronics and new energy, as well as print service providers offering rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing, covering product prototyping, functional validation, assembly testing, customized parts and tooling fixtures. CreatBot provides a global service system covering installation, training and spare parts.
