We've put together a comprehensive comparison of our 3D printers, so you can find the one that's right for your needs.

It offers a build volume of 800 × 650 × 650 mm. It can print large parts in one piece (such as mechanical housings, jigs and fixtures, and large-scale models), print two mirrored parts at once in mirror duplication mode, or batch-nest multiple small parts to make full use of the build space.
The D800 Ultra is driven by a maglev linear motor platform with Klipper high-speed firmware. The daily output is approx. 1-2kg with a 0.4mm nozzle and up to 2-5kg with a 0.8mm nozzle (estimated on 24-hour continuous printing; actual results depend on model structure and infill).
The printing accuracy is ±0.05mm (within a 100mm travel). The D800 Ultra's maglev linear motors deliver excellent motion stability, so the surface quality and dimensional consistency meet the requirements for direct assembly without extensive post-processing.
A wide range of industrial filaments — PLA-CF, ABS, PETG, ASA, PC, PET-CF, PA-CF (UltraPA-CF) and PPS-CF (8 of them are highlighted on this page) — runs reliably on the D800 Ultra, and the compatibility goes far beyond that, covering general-purpose as well as carbon-fiber/glass-fiber reinforced engineering materials. Nozzle diameters of 0.3/0.5/0.6/0.8/1.0mm are available for different materials and printing needs.
The independent dual-extruder (IDEX) system is one of the D800 Ultra's key strengths, offering three modes: single-extruder printing (full build volume), dual-extruder support mode (support materials such as PVA printed separately from the main material), and mirror duplication mode (both extruders print symmetric parts simultaneously for doubled productivity).
Reliability features such as filament run-out/clog detection, dual-extruder power-failure recovery, three-layer chamber insulation and automatic (eddy current) bed leveling allow the D800 Ultra to run 24/7. A Schneider electrical protection system, safety door lock and emergency stop switch protect both the equipment and operators.
The Creatlabs print cluster management system handles it: it collects nozzle/bed/chamber temperatures and printing parameters in real time, offers remote monitoring via the built-in camera, automatically logs print history and filament consumption for production traceability, and provides real-time alerts with remote maintenance — ideal for multi-machine batch production.
The D800 Ultra serves end manufacturers in automotive, robotics, home appliances, medical devices, aerospace, high-end equipment, electronics and new energy industries, as well as print service providers offering rapid prototyping and low-volume production. CreatBot provides a global service system covering installation, training and spare parts.
